Happy Hour: FLIP Style

Does alcohol really increase your risk for cancer? Yes. Over time, excessive alcohol consumption can cause damage to your body tissues, lower nutrient levels, effect your hormones, and it makes you FAT. So think twice next time you start that bar tab and start running up the strong island tally. Excessive drinking increases your risk of throat, liver, colon, and breast cancer.

The Revitalize. Combine the following into a shaker: 1 ounce vodka muddled with 2 chunks cucumber, 1/2 ounce honey, 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice and 2 ounces cold green tea. Shake, pour over ice and garnish with a lime twist.
