FLIP’s Darby Creek Trail Run 2017

What/Why: FLIP’s 6th Annual Darby Creek Trail Run- 5k Run/Walk & 10k Trail Run When: Saturday, July 15th.  Registration begins at 7:45am. Races begin at 9am… After party directly when races are complete (RAFFLE PRIZES GALORE) Where: Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park Registration Page: http://www.racepenguin.com/events/darbycreektrailrun/ Race Background/Information: The course will be a 5k and 10k trail run through the picturesque but challenging terrain of Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park. The 5k is relatively flat and can be enjoyed by runners and walkers of all skill levels. The 10k is a true challenge ending in a stair climb that has become infamous among the Columbus trail running community. FLIPInHealth Dragon Boat Racing

What an amazing time we had participating in the Asian Festival’s Dragon Boat Competition representing FLIP and InHealth Mutual on Sunday, May 22 at Scioto Audubon Metro Park! We had the 4th best time overall, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the hard work and effort that our team put into making it an exhilarating day for everyone! Thank you goes out to InHealth for starting the team, as well as OPOC.us, AccelWELL, Navigator Management Partners & Ohio State University for providing members to join our dominance! FLIP’s 2016 Darby Creek Trail Run

IT IS BACK!! The 2016 Darby Creek Trail Run is taking place this year on Saturday, August 20. Early registration has started for the 5th annual 5k and 10k trail run at the scenic Darby Creek Metro Park. The beauty of this race is that the course is challenging, yet incredibly manageable for runners of all ages and fitness levels. Once again, our race will feature an awards ceremony along with other prizes, games and food afterwards at our post race party! We have had many different prizes in the past ranging from sports tickets, white water rafting packages, beauty products, restaurant gift cards, to Columbus local adventures and games.
