Butternut Squash Soup

Cook 2 diced onions and 2 granny smith apples in olive oil

Add 1tsp nutmeg an .5 tspĀ each cinn. & allspice and 2 peeled chopped butternut squash and 2quarts veg. Broth. Bring to boil and then simmer until squash tender.

Puree in blender or processor. Add salt/pepper to taste.
