
“LIVE” for FLIP is all about living well, living life to its fullest (thriving), and enjoying the process. We believe prevention should naturally become a part of our everyday lives and that it should be a lot of fun.
The transformation to start living a more thriving lifestyle doesn’t come without effort. It starts with motivation, then a mental shift/ commitment to ‘Make the FLIP’, and then you have to create a plan to put your goals into action.
We created the Make the FLIP plan for you to use as a guideline.
Our plan incorporates the values of FLIP’s approach to prevention and wellness: simple and realistic; social; actionable; fun and engaging; short term wins. Use our template, or follow a different plan of attack. Whatever you do, we strongly encourage you to write your goals down and create a plan that is focused on simple, actionable steps.
